Choose the right shipment format
For a dedicated container, provide the container size and quantity. For shared-container cargo, provide package dimensions, gross weight and total volume. Compare both options when your volume is between a small shipment and a full container.
Define the collection and delivery scope
Tell us whether you need collection from a factory, delivery to a Chinese port, port-to-port freight or onward transport in Egypt. Share the agreed Incoterm so the quotation can identify which charges belong to your shipment.
Prepare the quotation information
Include your goods description, packing list or dimensions, gross weight, supplier address, preferred Egyptian port and cargo-ready date. Identify regulated or hazardous goods before requesting a price. Your importer and appointed clearance agent should verify applicable import requirements.
Review the complete price
